Terms of Service

By contracting Forever Florals LLC to produce your one of a kind hand-crafted product you acknowledge and understand we are working with an organic material and your finished product will look different than your original fresh bouquet. By moving forward you acknowledge and understand the following:

  1.  It is important to understand what to expect with the preservation process- As flowers go through the drying process, moisture is removed and changes will occur. White flowers often change to a soft to dark ivory. Some pink flowers will dry darker and some turn a purple color. Yellow flowers can either dry darker or become muted in color. Blue and purple flowers dry darker. Red and some purple flowers can turn a dark burgundy or plum color. Tropical flowers can have a lot of color changes such as anthurium, orchids, lilies and monstera. Please be aware there may be some flowers that do will not make it through the drying process at all. During the preservation process other changes can occur such as translucent spots on flowers. The translucent spots are caused by handling (bruises) the petals. This is an accumulation of handling from the florist, event, shipping/ transporting to us, flower being touched by us preparing for drying ect. Bruising or translucent spots do not show up until they are placed in resin. Epoxy resin a chemical process and often times will produce bubbles, although we do our best to avoid and remove them there is almost always a certain amount of micro bubbles in each piece. Flowers can shift/float when placed in the resin to some degree. We go through all steps necessary to prevent any dust, debris or loose silica gel finding its way into the resin but again this still may happen. We will do our best to avoid this from happening.

  2. We only accept a certain amount of bouquets each week so there is a $75.00 non-refundable fee due to reserve a future preservation date with Forever Florals. This fee secures your reservation spot and covers the drying fee. This is for the time and materials required for your preservation. Once this fee has been paid I will send you additional information so we will receive your flowers in their best condition.

  3. For all last minute drop offs the $75.00 fee will be due at that time. This covers the time and materials required for processing your flowers. We do NOT do standalone flower drying services. Flowers are accepted for drying and preservation only as part of a commissioned keepsake order with a minimum purchase requirement of $350.00. All flowers received and dried with NO keepsake order will NOT be completed or returned to client.

  4. Orders will need to be paid in full before your flowers are removed from its drying agent to prevent rehydration. You will be contacted to finalize your order through our website. Clients will have 30 days to complete their order. After initial 30 days if no order has been made you will be notified a finial time to place your order. Client will have another 30 days to complete the order process. Failure to do so: your flowers will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. Forever Florals will not be responsible storing your flowers longer than 60 days after drying is complete.

  5. Clients can purchase a maximum of 2 add on items without a purchase of a main item, only if it meets the $350.00 minimum order requirement. A main item must be purchased before adding 3 or more add on items. If a order is made and does not meet these requirements it will need to be amended before moving forward with your order.

  6. Once Forever Florals receives your flowers, we are unable to offer a refund as our preservation process begins immediately. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, we will reach out to discuss the possibility of recreating your bouquet, although any additional costs will be the client's responsibility.​

  7. If your flowers have been air dried, we are not responsible for hidden mold or hairs that may be present/visible and/or emerge from the flowers during the preservation process.

  8. Pre-dried flowers that still contain moisture cannot be successfully preserved. Any flowers placed in the freezer or refrigerator most often will have mold or rot and will not produce a good product.

  9. Any flowers that arrive in poor condition or damaged (applies mostly for shipped flowers), Forever Florals reserve the right to refuse to preserve these flowers if it is determined they will not hold up under the preservation process. If this happens, we are not responsible for returning damaged or wilted flowers. However, it is possible to work with a local florist to match and replace enough flowers to complete your order. This extra step and additional cost is the responsibility of the client. If the client does not want to move forward, the 75.00 drying fee is non refundable and if client has paid in full for their preservation keepsakes there will be a 25% processing fee applied, and client will receive a refund of 75%.

  10. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products that occur during transit.

  11. Please be aware all resin can amber at any time and does over a period of time. Epoxy resin is a chemical reaction and even in the best of conditions, this is a natural process for which Forever Florals assumes no liability. The ambering process is a natural process often caused by oxidation or exposure to light. It is important to NEVER place a resin piece in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or store items in a location with temperature fluctuations (garage/attic) or in a dark location for an extended period of time (like in a box). Sunlight, heat and lack of airflow can speed up the ambering process. Ambering often occurs evenly throughout the piece yet often times it can occur and be isolated to one layer within the project. This can happen if during the curing process the chemical reaction produces too much heat, this is beyond our control and Forever Florals assumes no responsibility if this happens.

  12. The preservation process is a time consuming and hands on process. Our turnaround time is usually around 4-5 months but during the busy seasons it may run 6-7 months. We do our best to take the appropriate time for every piece and to not rush the process. Quality is most important to us.

  13. Forever Florals reserves the right to photograph/video any and all products we make. We reserve the right to use these photographs/videos on our social platforms without any limitations from the client. Any pictures sent to us may be used on social media unless specified by client.

  14. Any claim you make for any type of damage under this contract shall be made in writing to Forever Florals within thirty (30) days of delivery of the product you have purchased. Any failure to make a timely written claim shall be deemed a waiver by you.

  15. Forever Florals reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if it is determined the client business relationship will not be an adequate fit or we do not feel a satisfactory result will not be possible.

  16. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products. Since each piece is uniquely created based on the flowers provided by the client, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the preservation process has started. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction throughout the preservation process. 

  17. We understand unforeseen circumstances do come up but understand we have already set aside resources in preparation to receive your flowers. Therefore, if you have already paid in full we will hold a retainer fee (25% of your total order) on any orders cancelled prior to receiving your flowers. The client will be refunded 75% of total order if flowers have not been received. Once Forever Florals has received your flowers, we can not offer any refund as our preservation process begins at the moment we receive your flowers.

  18. Forever Florals is not responsible for damage or loss of flowers due to power failure, fire, flood, equipment failure or any other acts of nature beyond our control. However, Forever Florals will immediately notify client and they would like to replace damaged flowers we can start over if possible.

  19. Forever Florals is not responsible for injuries and/or accidents that may occur on property as client or acting representative is dropping off flowers or picking up completed items.

  20. Once your pieces are fully cured, they will all be photographed and packaged. We will reach out to you via text to confirm your address for shipping or we will contact you to schedule a pick up time if you are local!! You will have 60 days to pick up all items or they will be shipped to you at your expense unless you have made arrangements with us.

By using our Website, and moving forward with a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, so please review them periodically for any changes.​
