Cut 1/2”- 1” off the bottom of each flower stem. Cut at a diagonal angle with sharp scissors.
Please remove any special attachments from your bouquet such as lockets, family heirlooms, ribbons, etc.

After cutting your stems, place a wet paper towel (not dripping) around the freshly cut ends of their stems. Then wrap aluminum foil over the paper towel coving it completely. It is important NOT to get the flowers wet, ONLY the stem ends. Moisture on the flowers can cause them to mold.
Loosely wrap your bouquet with tissue paper or packing paper in the same way you find flowers wrapped from a florist or grocery store. This will help protect your flowers from rubbing against the packing paper.
*Please DO NOT WRAP your bouquet with plastic or bubble wrap. These items can create moisture causing flowers to mold.

Line the bottom of the box with crumpled packing paper/tissue paper.
Place the wrapped bouquet in the center of the crumpled paper.
Cover the rest of the box with more packing paper/tissue paper to help prevent the bouquet from shifting around during transit.

Seal your box with packing tape and place a “FRAGILE” sticker on the box
To whomever is shipping your flowers make sure the Full name of who placed the order is on the box with the order number and a phone number.

Important things to know:

Keep your flowers in water until they are ready to be prepared for shipping.
Do NOT place in flowers in the refrigerator or freezer- this can cause to much moisture in the flowers/petals. This extra moisture will promote molding/rotting.
We will not process flowers that appear to have been place in a freezer.
